Objective: To enhance cognitive, emotional, physical development.
Materials: A thick rectangular white chart paper, pencil, eraser, card board (cut the same size of your chart paper), colorful sand, glue, painting brush, water colors.
Method: Parents have to do a little preparation for the kids before starting the activity.
Cut the white chart paper in rectangle shape (size of your choice) and even the cardboard of the same size.
Stick the white paper on the card board.the paper gets the support of the cardboard.
Draw a picture on the paper of your choice.e.g, Dolphin, House, Sunflower, etc.
Then tell the child to put glue on the picture.
He then has to sprinkle sand all over the picture.
Sand gets stuck on the areas where glue has been applied.
Rest of the picture the child may paint as per his wish.
Your sand painted picture is ready.
