YOU NEED: White glue, child friendly scissors, colored card paper, crepe paper (of 3 colors), a pencil, an adult.
METHOD:
Cut a 25 inch diameter semicircle of your card paper.
Roll the semicircle into a cone and glue the folds. Your basic cone is ready.
Prepare streamers of crepe paper in three different colors. Glue the streamers at the end and top of the hat.
With the help of the crepe paper, pleat up a colorful plat and stick onto the base of the cone, using glue. OR
You may even hang pom-poms instead of streamers.
