How to make your own Name Plate

Objective: To enhance creative skills, cognitive development, fine and gross motor skills.

Materials: Thick cardboard, paints of your choice, a flat painting brush, child friendly glue, child friendly scissors, medium sized colored beads, colored sand, glitter glue pens.

Method:
Take a cardboard, cut and give it any shape of your choice.
Then allow the child to paint the cardboard, with the color of his choice.
Apply glue on the painted cardboard, then sprinkle colored sand on the area where the glue is applied. The sand will get stuck to the glue.
Guide your child to write your name or surname with the help of glitter pens on the painted board.
Later you may decorate your name plate with a colorful beads border, if you wish to.
Your personal Name plate is ready to hang!
