What you need: A chart paper, water colors, an adult.
Method:
Firstly take a full size chart paper.
Mix and prepare colors of your choice.
Blow your balloon, and knot it.
Hold the knotted side with your thumb and pointed finger and dip the balloon in the color and then dab on the chart paper. Keep on dabbing till the full chart paper becomes colorful. At least use three different colors to make the paper colorful.
Allow it to dry.
You may use this colorful designed paper for various purpose, i.e. make a paper bag, or use it as a gift wrapping paper, or cut the paper into square and make a colorful cone out of it, etc.
